Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems, water heaters, softeners, and fixtures while educating homeowners on repair options. Perform service, maintenance, and installation of residential equipment, ensuring all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards. Accurately document work performed using company software and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Communicate professionally with customers and collaborate with dispatch to complete jobs efficiently. Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current with industry best practices. Required Qualifications
- Previous residential plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
