Job Summary
Service Plumber role diagnosing plumbing issues, presenting repair/replacement options, delivering exceptional customer experience, and identifying bigger install opportunities. Responsibilities include performing plumbing repairs/service, maintaining clean work areas, documenting work with photos and customer signatures, following pricing/standards, coordinating with dispatch and scheduling, and contributing to preventative solutions. Requires CT Journeyman license (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license; company offers full-time W-2 employment, a company vehicle, health/dental/vision, profit sharing, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- CT Journeyman Plumber license (P2) or equivalent (P6, G2, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean background
- Extensive service plumbing experience in-lieu of license will be considered
