Job Summary
Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair/replacement options, delivering an excellent customer experience while educating customers on solutions and memberships. Perform plumbing repairs and service work, maintain organized trucks/inventory, document work with photos and customer signatures, identify larger install opportunities for management follow-up, and follow company pricing/operational standards. Requires CT Journeyman (P2) Plumber license or equivalent (P6, G2, etc.) or extensive service plumbing experience in-lieu of license; valid driver’s license and clean background are expected. Service Titan and straight-forward flat-rate pricing experience a plus. Full-time W-2 role with company vehicle, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.
