Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, including toilet and water heater replacements, soldering, and common fixture repairs. Inspect plumbing for safety and code compliance, troubleshoot call-outs to restore functionality, and perform preventative maintenance on pipes and water heaters. Prepare accurate cost estimates, utilize Service Titan software for documentation, and communicate solutions to customers while ensuring all work adheres to local codes. Requires a valid CT Plumbing License (P1 or P2), 3+ years of residential experience, and a driver's license. Posted pay range $100,000–$150,000. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing
- Valid CT Plumbing License (P2 or P1)
- Demonstrated proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements
- Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional plumbing services with a positive attitude to enhance customer experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
