Job Summary
Diagnose plumbing issues at customer locations and complete repairs, installations, and replacements for drains, pipes, faucets, and water heaters. Explain service options, provide pricing, and upsell additional services while documenting work, checking equipment performance, and collecting payment. Educate customers on proper equipment maintenance and participate in marketing efforts to increase revenue. Work standard Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Current plumbing license
- Relavent plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, respectful, and reliable personality
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing
