Job Summary
Educate customers on plumbing concerns, present repair solutions, and perform installations including cutting fittings, threading pipes, and assembling valve pipes. Assemble and install fixtures, repair leaks by replacing washers, mend pipes, and clear clogged drains. Maintain communication with dispatch and CSR teams to ensure safety, compliance, and seamless service while accurately documenting all work performed in ServiceTitan. Deliver outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships and trust across South Florida.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of Residential Plumbing Experience including repairs, maintenance, and drain calls
- Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Professional appearance and communication skills to act as an ambassador of our company
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A willingness to learn new plumbing techniques, products and technologies
- Ability to work in Florida's climate
- The ability to pass a drug test + sex offender & background screening
