Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex plumbing failures in commercial, institutional, and light industrial settings, covering domestic water, sewage, drainage, and gas lines. Perform routine maintenance on backflow devices, water heaters, and sump pumps while utilizing advanced equipment like hydro-jetters and cameras to resolve blockages. Install, replace, and modify plumbing components according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring strict adherence to local, state, and federal codes. Complete detailed service reports with time logs and material usage, communicate clearly with clients regarding repairs and estimates, and maintain a clean work environment while following all safety protocols. Requires a licensed professional with at least seven years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber License in TN
- Master Plumber license
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience performing commercial plumbing service and repair work
- Proficiency with pipe fitting
- Soldering
- Brazing
- Knowledge of various piping materials (Copper, PVC, PEX, Cast Iron, Steel)
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Work comfortably in tight spaces
- Handle the physical demands of the trade
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber License in TN or Master Plumber license is a plus
- Experience with backflow testing and certification
