Job Summary
Perform residential and commercial service calls, diagnosing plumbing issues and completing warranty repairs with code-compliant workmanship. Communicate directly with customers to explain findings and recommend solutions while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Accurately diagnose problems, provide efficient lasting repairs, and complete required documentation including service reports and warranty claims. Collaborate with dispatch for scheduling, mentor apprentices, and maintain vehicle inventory. Overtime, weekend, and on-call work may be required. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of plumbing service or warranty experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable under company vehicle policy
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and confined space work
- Proficient use of hand and power tools
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and driving
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Regular use of ladders and power tools
- Strong hand eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Use of PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection required
- Indoors and outdoors work required
- Overtime, weekend, on call, and emergency work may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber's License (preferred; required in some areas)
