Job Summary
Respond to incoming driver requests with prompt, professional assistance and manage daily repair orders while coordinating with technicians. Maintain accurate documentation and reports, including DOT inspection reports and violation records, within established timeframes. Demonstrate strong computer skills to navigate company systems like Transman and VRMS, ensuring efficient typing and multitasking in a fast-paced shop environment. Complete all required commitments and deadlines consistently while maintaining a courteous attitude. This role requires in-office attendance due to the collaborative nature of work and potential expedited remediations.

- Complete required documentation and reports accurately and within established timeframes, including DOT inspection reports and violation documentation

- In-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position
