Job Summary
Plan daily schedules for service and maintenance technicians while balancing customer satisfaction with team workload capacity. Accept and process incoming fault reports, coordinate maintenance and breakdown appointments, and provide telephone support to field staff. Manage email correspondence and actively participate in team meetings to maintain operational overview. Requires strong organizational skills, self-reliance, and experience with planning tasks; minimum 32-hour weekly availability. Based at Van de Velde Installatiegroep, a member of the VDK Groep, offering a fixed-term contract with flexible working hours and 25 vacation days.
Required Qualifications
- Mbo+ or Hbo work and thinking level
- Minimum 32 hours per week availability
- Experience with planning tasks or a similar function
- Ability to function well both independently and in a team setting
- Structured working style
- Strong organizational ability
- Good communicative and social skills
