Job Summary
Service Planner - NAMER at NCR Atleos in Belgrade, responsible for managing incoming service requests, planning, prioritizing, assigning, and monitoring technician work to ensure timely service delivery under contractual terms. Requires professional English, strong communication and organizational skills, multitasking ability, and willingness to work shifts (including weekends) to align with US working hours CET.
Required Qualifications

- Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor all open requests for technicians, ensuring the prompt delivery of service to meet contractual terms and conditions
- Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians and obtain regular progress updates for outstanding work
