Job Summary
Service Planner role focused on optimizing field and on-site resources to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include service administration of field/on-site resources, order booking, invoicing of service orders, labour entry for field/service engineers, coordination with field engineers, team leaders, and regional managers, planning site visits against contracts, providing data from SAP/SPIRIT and other ERP systems, submitting daily operational scorecards and performance updates, forward planning of resources for service plans, monitoring service calls, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys via Falcon Dashboard. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, initiative, and proficiency with SAP, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Location: Pune, India.
Required Qualifications
