Job Summary
Schedule regular field service activities for pest control, ensuring all technician visits are loaded within set time frames and reporting variances to your line manager. Organize installations and jobs to meet divisional expectations, while responding to customer enquiries and arranging non-routine service calls. Manage paperwork and administration for service activities, including routing documents into the Branch Contracts Computer System and recording daily technician routines. Generate ongoing reports on service state, customer history, productivity, and retention, maintaining spreadsheets within required timeframes. This full-time role in Perth supports Rentokil Initial's mission to protect people and preserve the planet.
Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role, or fast-paced office environment
