Job Summary
Generate and manage forecasts for Field Replacement Units, Field Service Small Parts Spares, and Repair Kits using advanced analytic tools. Maintain system planning parameters within the Baxter System and optimize inventory across Distribution Centers, Forward Stocking Locations, and FSE Van Stock. Assist in developing KPIs to support data-driven decision-making for Field Services Technicians. Execute these plans through the company's JD Edwards ERP system to ensure the right parts are available at the right time. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-7+ years of supply chain forecasting experience, and strong ERP knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong ERP knowledge: JDE/ Oracle
- 3-7+ years of experience in supply chain forecast and demand planning using data analytic tools such as Zoho. MS Power BI, Tableau, Baxter, Domo, Looker, etc. AND ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle JDE, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc.
- Advanced analytical skills with Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups) and database tools
- Data extraction & analysis (Large datasets)
- Power BI or similar BI tools (dashboard development)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts
- Ownership and accountability for planning outcomes
- Detail-oriented with high data accuracy standards
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Continuous improvement mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Business Intelligence or related field
- Experience in field service parts planning a plus
- Experience in a global or multi-region supply chain environment
