Job Summary
Oversee parts operations in the service center to optimize inventory, ensure high FTFR and accurate parts searches; responsibilities include managing perpetual and annual inventories, ordering and stocking parts, transferring parts between Lucid locations, generating customer/insurance/ fleet part estimates, tracking warranty returns, staying current on part revisions, and promoting accessory sales, all while maintaining strong communication with technicians and customers and integrating safety and efficiency practices in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience as a Service Parts Advisor (back counter)
- Proficiency in parts catalog search for specific repair needs
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to work independently and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods of time
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year
