Job Summary
Service Parts Advisor (back counter) at Lucid in Costa Mesa — oversee parts operations within the service center to maximize ROI through inventory management, maintain accurate inventory control including perpetual and annual inventories, order and stock parts, manage transfers between Lucid locations, generate parts estimates for customers, insurance companies, or internal fleet vehicles, stay updated on part revisions, strive for a high First Time Fill Rate, oversee warranty returns, search catalogs for precise parts, promote accessories per Lucid guidelines, and perform other duties as assigned. Key skills include parts catalog proficiency, forklift safety, independent decision-making in fast-paced service environments, strong organizational and customer service abilities, and familiarity with MS Office and DMS software; physical capability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk/bend for extended periods. Full-time role with potential extended hours and weekend work; CPR training post-hire required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 – 5 years of experience as a Service Parts Advisor (back counter)
- Proficiency in parts catalog search
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year
