Job Summary
End-to-end ownership and ongoing development of the German Redispatch platform with responsibility for stable, SLA-compliant operation of data-exchange and integration solutions; monitor and troubleshoot across the data and interfaces chain; manage incidents, changes and releases; coordinate with external service providers; drive consolidation of architectures and data flows; participate in IT on-call (remote) and align with regulatory changes, high load and increasing complexity to support grid stability and renewable energy integration; flexible working hours with remote/home-office options and 37-hour weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Service Owner oder Application Manager komplexer IT‐Systeme
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung komplexer Applikationsplattformen, einschließlich containerisierter Architekturen (z. B. Kubernetes)
- Kenntnisse im ITIL‐basierten Servicemanagement
- Erfahrungen bei der IT-Providersteuerung, dem IT-Monitoring und dem IT-Operation-Management
- Sehr gute Deutsch‐ und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
