Service Owner – Infrastructure Security

Job Summary
Govern standardized, scalable infrastructure security services across the enterprise and act as a consultant to developers to ensure "security by design" in new solutions. Define, maintain, and enforce infrastructure and security policies while proactively identifying and mitigating infrastructure-related risks. Drive vendor performance to meet cost targets, SLAs, and KPIs, and lead the resolution of severe infrastructure security incidents through problem management. Bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives by communicating effectively with stakeholders. Manage end-to-end accountability for the security service portfolio across strategic, tactical, and operational levels, transitioning hands-on expertise into tactical leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Configuration and management of DHCP, DNS, NTP, and SMTP
- Solid understanding of both Cloud (Azure) and On-Premises infrastructure
- Firewall administration and perimeter defense
- Vulnerability management lifecycles
- Azure and M365 Security ecosystems
- Ownership of Azure Virtual Desktop & Security forum
- Active Directory (Domain Controllers, OU structure, delegation) and Entra ID
- Management of EDR/XDR and device compliance
- Hands-on experience with risk management practices and security policy enforcement
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and Wireshark for deep-dive troubleshooting
