Job Summary
Lead global IT system implementation and migration for Enterprise and Manufacturing sectors. Collaborate with Infrastructure Architects to maintain operational IT stacks across hardware, network, physical, and virtual servers, including SQL and RDS. Support Application Owners in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting server and network services while administering core functions like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Create and maintain GxP-compliant documentation for pharmaceutical operations. Ensure day-to-day global IS/IT operations, manage technical responsibilities for service administration, participate in project delivery, and monitor vendor compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting the implementation/migration of IT systems in Enterprises and Manufacturing Globally
- Ability to work with Infrastructure Architects to ensure the IT stack is maintained and operational from Hardware, Network, Physical and Virtual Servers, and Microsoft Services (SQL, RDS, etc.)
- Ability to support Application Owners in design, configuration, and troubleshooting server and network-related services
- Ability to administer core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other essential server roles
- Knowledge of GxP requirements for pharmaceutical companies
- Experience ensuring global IS/IT operations on a day-to-day basis
- Ability to take technical responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and support of services
- Experience participating in projects related to service delivery and expectations
- Experience monitoring vendor deliveries to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
