Job Summary
Verify data integrity of service orders, employee time inputs, and material assignments using the YARDI database. Schedule and coordinate internal and contracted service order work, manage follow-up orders, and generate or receive purchase orders. Ensure work orders are coded correctly, reconcile service hours, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports to identify trends and recommend solutions. Provide informational resources to DOM and Maintenance Managers, assist with subcontracted work quality control, and fill in for maintenance or admin positions as needed. Requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and advanced Microsoft skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management
- 1 - 3 years previous work-related experience
- Current vehicle license in good standing
- Meeting driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
- Advanced skills with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web based applications
- Ability to summarize and communicate moderately complex information in varied written formats to internal and external customers
- Comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with organization staff, clients and visitors
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers in a professional, service-oriented, respectful manner using skills in active listening and problem solving
