Job Summary
Oversee service programs and activities for the Excellerate Product line, define service offerings, and develop service support tools. Coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure professional execution of service matters. Interface with customers, OEM partners, and field teams; drive service delivery improvements; leverage ERP/CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, Service Cloud, NetSuite); create service reports and SOPs; contribute to product development deliverables; monitor key metrics such as response times and cost of service. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills required. Travel 0-10%; 40-hour work week; hybrid work arrangement as indicated by #LI-Hybrid.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or training relevant to electrical distribution products
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a warranty, service coordination, or customer service role
- Travel: 0-10%
- Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 7 am–5 pm
