Job Summary

The Service Operations Supervisor - Products oversees service programs, relationships, and activities for the Excellerate Product business. Responsibilities include defining service offerings, developing service support tools, and creating processes to drive service delivery. Must coordinate with external and internal cross-functional teams to ensure professional execution, manage field service activities, and drive improvements in service delivery. Required Qualifications
