Job Summary
Lead service-drive operations at Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington, overseeing daily service-lane operations, coordinating the transportation team and loaner fleet, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Coach Service Advisors, provide coverage during PTO or staffing gaps, ensure vehicles are delivery-ready through quality checks, and support Saturday Service Express leadership to manage high-volume workflow. Foster a professional, customer-focused culture and drive operational excellence across service-drive functions.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of prior experience in dealership service operations or automotive service leadership
- Strong communication, coaching, and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of service-lane processes, transportation logistics, and loaner-fleet operations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
