Service Operations Specialist- Air Compressor Division

Service Operations Specialist for the Air Compressor Division coordinating, monitoring, and improving field service activities by supporting service technicians, scheduling daily work orders, ensuring parts and tools are available, quoting and invoicing completed work, and maintaining PM accounts. Requires strong communication, customer focus, basic accounting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the company information system. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing WIP reports, ensuring timely service delivery, and performing warranty claim input as needed. Must be capable in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
