Job Summary
Lead and manage a service operations department for Willborn Fueling Systems, overseeing technicians, dispatch and scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Drive revenue growth and margin achievement by coaching technicians, auditing service calls for first-time right fixes, tracking service trends, and optimizing processes. Recruit and develop top-tier technicians, build leadership pipelines, and foster a culture of safety and high performance. Ensure compliance with warranty processes and regulatory documentation, while leveraging KPIs and data to make informed decisions. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning to keep fleets running, maintain customer loyalty, and scale the business.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must be 30 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & background check
- Experience leading teams in fueling systems, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or instrumentation service work
- Strong leadership and organizational skills-you're steady, assertive, and solutions-oriented
- A passion for process improvement and accountability
- Proven track record of developing and leading effective teams
- Strong business acumen
