Job Summary
Own the results of the service department by coaching and auditing technicians for accurate diagnoses and lasting repairs while tracking trends to eliminate recurring issues. Manage dispatch and scheduling to maximize productivity, ensuring the right people, parts, and tools are ready before work begins. Meet or exceed revenue and margin goals using data and KPIs to make informed decisions, minimize non-billable time, and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication. Recruit, develop, and lead a team of service technicians, building succession plans and fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance. Lead a hands-on, results-driven leadership role driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction across gas stations, truck stops, aviation, and fleet operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in fueling systems, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or instrumentation service work
- Must be 30 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & background check
- Must have a high school diploma
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven track record of developing and leading effective teams
- Strong business acumen
