Service Operations Manager

Job Summary
Operationally focused leader responsible for budgeting, program development, and monitoring performance to optimize the value chain within ABB Robotics Canada. Will drive continuous improvement, ensure health, safety and environmental compliance, support sales by translating customer requirements into operational solutions, and manage a team (direct and indirect) within HR policies. Oversees procurement, vendor management, logistics, and audits to maintain service levels, lead times, and quality. Requires extensive experience in industrial/manufacturing/field service and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills in a hybrid work model based in Mississauga, Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Administration and or relevant experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing / field service industry – Robotics industry is preferable
- Good communication and Conflict resolution management skills
- Good knowledge of production techniques, processes and philosophies
- Ability to manage high volume short turnaround time deliverables
