Job Summary
Coordinate daily planning and scheduling of service activities for Service Technicians to meet customer service needs; analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement; communicate with customers during scheduling; build collaborative relationships with logistics team, district management, and field staff; monitor progress, troubleshoot routing/scheduling conflicts, and adjust plans to maximize field output; contribute to internal preventive maintenance, safety, and compliance programs while promoting adherence to regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Completed post-secondary education
- Proven customer-focused work style
- Verbal communication skills
- Ability to present information to a variety of audiences
- Excellent analytical skills with data review (KPIs)
- Ability to build relationships and influence
- Strong organization and time management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with MS Excel and routing/mapping technology preferred
- Safety and technical knowledge, especially in emergencies
