Job Summary
Coordinate residential solar service operations by managing service intake and case documentation, proactively monitor systems, perform outbound outreach to generate service revenue opportunities, and guide customers through troubleshooting. Lead cross-functional coordination to move service cases toward resolution, support RMA processes, scheduling, and data tracking. Maintain clear, organized documentation in Salesforce, communicate status and next steps to customers, and contribute to KPIs and metrics. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and deep knowledge of residential solar PV, battery storage, and online monitoring platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Firm understanding of residential solar PV systems, battery storage, and online monitoring platforms
- Experience managing high-volume workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and customer experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce (and Microsoft Office)
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and drive issues to resolution
