Job Summary
Conduct daily face-to-face check-ins with Customer Advocates to verify route execution, authorize edits, and review work orders. Monitor fleet readiness, DOT compliance, and vehicle inspections while managing loadout accuracy and inventory par levels. Analyze route performance data to identify revenue growth opportunities and correct invoice errors before delivery. Coach Customer Advocates on performance metrics and resolve customer concerns by coordinating across plant, service, and sales teams. Drive service quality and customer loyalty through real-time issue resolution and weekly safety training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Must possess or obtain a DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification within a designated timeframe
- Proven leadership and coaching ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer and reporting system proficiency
- Fluency in Microsoft Suite products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience in the textile services industry
- Prior experience analyzing route performance and financial metrics
