Job Summary
Oversee front-end operations, cashiering, self-checkout, and Drive Up & Go fulfillment to ensure efficient checkout, accurate order processing, and timely pickup. Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining compliance with cash handling procedures and safety standards. Provide direction and coaching to associates, support training and onboarding, and assist with labor deployment and scheduling. Monitor productivity metrics, promote a customer-first culture, and serve as manager-in-charge when assigned to drive store performance and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with assistance when necessary
- Ability to move throughout all areas of the store safely and efficiently
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Previous retail, customer service, or grocery experience
