Job Summary

Coordinate and schedule service events, generate and manage service quotes, and maintain CRM data to support Field Service Engineers and Technical Support teams. Manage credentialing for field personnel to ensure site access compliance, monitor customer feedback and escalate trends, triage incoming leads for proper routing within sales and service, and assist with contract administration and documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery. Working in a hybrid arrangement at the Waltham facility (4 days/week). Target salary range $60,000-$65,000/year. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams) is required.
