Service Operation Manager

Job Summary
Lead and drive service operations strategy for the assigned area, improving service quality to boost customer satisfaction and retention; identify issues at customer sites, collaborate with departments to optimize operations from order to delivery, manage operational risks and enhance reliability; coordinate with the field service engineers to propel continuous improvement and profitability; ensure adherence to HSE, integrity, and compliance, and monitor performance via KPI management to implement corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorfs degree or above
- Ability to conduct business in both English and Japanese
- Practical experience in service operations, field service, project management, or related fields
- Experience in operations improvement, business standardization, or quality management
- Experience in performance management, process improvement, and operations management using KPIs
- Highly adaptable with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Basic understanding of HSE, compliance, and quality
