Service Officer

Oversee the daily operations of tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the branch; ensure prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with service standards and internal control; assist in managing the daily operations of the Marketing Section of the branch and support the Branch Head in marketing the Bank's products and services. Supervises cash and marketing operations; ensures ATM availability and handles transaction vouching; ensures adherence to bank policies, internal controls, external regulatory requirements, and service standards; assists in achieving branch financial targets; amenable with movement within the covered area.
