Job Summary
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions while developing workflows, reports, dashboards, and notifications. Ensure alignment of GRC processes with organizational governance objectives and integrate GRC with ITSM, IRM, and Security Operations modules. Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing configurations while staying updated with ServiceNow releases. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, CSA certification, and fluency in Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, including GRC/IRM modules
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Fluency in Arabic and English
