Job Summary
Develop custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder while integrating external systems via REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub. Support production environments with continuous enhancements, custom workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities. Utilize JavaScript, Glide API, and Agile methodologies within a fully on-site role in Singapore. We offer a relocation package for you and your family, along with care of a Buddy during your stay. Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience developing applications using ServiceNow App Engine
- Experience building enterprise applications using App Engine Studio and Flow Designer
- Experience supporting production ServiceNow applications and delivering continuous enhancements
- Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
- Communicative English
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow App Engine platform
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
- Hands-on experience with: App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, IntegrationHub, Decision Tables, Service Catalog, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs
- Experience developing custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI-enabled capabilities within the ServiceNow platform
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as PSDS, Case Management, CSM, App Engine, and ITSM or other custom applications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist – App Engine
- ServiceNow Micro-Certifications in App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, or IntegrationHub
- Additional ServiceNow certifications related to AI, Automation, or Integration
