Job Summary
Place and maintain coolers at various retail locations, performing in-store tasks such as cleaning, lighting checks, shelf changeouts, and inventory. Follow protocols for safe cooler installation and adjust shelves to confirm functionality before stocking according to planograms. Complete detailed reporting for each service, including required photos and check-ins with management, while building trust with store managers through knowledge of company policies. Utilize planograms to organize coolers accurately and identify missing items, placing tags or graphics as required. This role involves traveling 30 to 60 miles daily using your own reliable transportation and owning a basic tool set. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, with weekends and evenings encouraged as needed. Projects range from 0 to 40 hours per week based on volume, with incentive-based pay for all assemblies.
Required Qualifications
- Must have own reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple store locations each day
- Must own a basic tool set
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, lift and move 50 lbs + throughout the day
- Must work hours between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday – Friday
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools and power tools
