Job Summary
Place and maintain coolers at various retail locations, perform in-store tasks including cleaning, lighting checks, shelf changeouts, and inventory as needed. Follow protocols to ensure safe cooler installation and compliance with store guidelines. Complete detailed reporting for each service, including required photos and phone check-ins with management. Utilize planograms to organize coolers accurately, identify missing items, and place tags or graphics as required. Build trust with store managers by demonstrating knowledge of company policies and procedures. Support additional projects in other retailers as requested by management. Own reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles daily and possess a basic tool set. Work hours between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday, with weekends and evenings encouraged as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have own reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple store locations each day
- Must own a basic tool set
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, lift and move 50 lbs + throughout the day
- Must work hours between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday – Friday
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools and power tools
