Job Summary
Service Mechanic responsible for diagnosing complex automotive issues, performing inspections and road tests, and installing electrical wiring and panels in line with engineering specifications. You will interpret schematics, assess vehicle damage, prepare parts lists and estimated repair times, and ensure quality through thorough inspections. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, under-car and under-hood maintenance, and collaboration within a team in a Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General experience in automotive maintenance
- Familiarity with brake and steering systems
- Strong background in electrical and/or automotive wiring
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Proficiency in electronic troubleshooting and repair
- Exceptional mechanical problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
