Job Summary
Conduct hands-on repairs and maintenance on industrial machines while acting as a liaison to customers and trainer for team members. Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and associated plant activities. Perform tasks requiring advanced mechanical and electrical skills, including working with sensors, PLCs, and circuits, while utilizing hand tools and Microsoft Suite applications. Operate independently with little to no direct supervision, maintaining a valid US driver's license and handling physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Work in hot or humid environments with excellent attendance and performance standing required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CMMS systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel
- Experience working with hand tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of professionalism and customer service
- Ability to work efficiently and with little to no direct supervision or alone
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical skills
- Advanced knowledge of electrical skills (sensors, PLCs, circuits, etc.)
- Hold and maintain a valid US driver's license
- Demonstrate ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Capable of standing and walking up to 12 hours a day
- Capable of climbing, bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching above shoulder height
- Capable of working in hot or humid environment
