Job Summary
The Service Manager at Xylem is responsible for operational management and customer relationship retention within their area, overseeing department budgets and workforce planning. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Ability to obtain TWIC card
- Ability to obtain a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements
- 5-7 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience or 3 years of industry specific experience
- 3 years of leadership or management experience
- Proficient with computers, business software such as Microsoft office, Skype, Oracle/SAP, cloud-based solutions
- Ability to communicate up, down, across teams
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Demonstrates critical thinking and complex trouble shooting to guide and advise team members and customers
- Ability to defuse customer situations or internal issues
- Able to pass a credit check
- Able to operate a company vehicle
- Able to pass driver requirements
