Job Summary
Lead automotive service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include hiring and developing a high-performing team, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, effectively scheduling and dispatching work, maintaining a clean and compliant service environment, enforcing the service Code of Ethics, communicating with management, and administering location-specific policies. Requires leadership skills, strong communication, knowledge of automotive servicing, LMS/ASE training, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
