Job Summary
Service Manager role in West Lebanon NH leading an automotive service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding safety, compliance, and corporate standards. Responsibilities include hiring and developing a high-performing team, ensuring LMS and vendor training completion, certifying technicians (ASE C1, with P2 and G1 recommended), scheduling to meet customer demands, guiding work order dispatch, maintaining a clean and compliant service department, enforcing the Code of Ethics, and communicating across management levels. Requires strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and substantial automotive service knowledge, plus a two-year college/technical program recommended and relevant certifications. Exempt, 5-day work week with ~50 hours, salary-based compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
