Job Summary
Role involves end-to-end subsidy processing for government schemes (e.g., TUFS, CLCSS) with responsibilities spanning application, verification, approval, realization, and subsidy adjustments. Manage subsidy-linked accounts, coordinate inspections (JIT), liaise with ministries and external agencies, review applications for discrepancies, coordinate with RM/Ops/Credit for approvals and documentation, issue certificates, track subsidy receipts, and ensure timely appropriation to customer accounts. Ensure audit readiness, handle inquiries and escalations, and deliver timely processing within defined TAT while maintaining compliance with scheme guidelines and internal processes. Stakeholders include internal RMs, service teams, ops, credit, branches, and external government bodies such as NABARD and Textile Ministry, with a focus on accuracy, timely processing, and robust documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in banking operations/credit/service roles
- Exposure to government schemes/subsidy processes preferred
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and documentation rigor
