Job Summary
Forecast goals, oversee department budgets, and develop pricing plans with the General Manager. Monitor sales, warranty ROs, and technician productivity reports while managing payroll records. Hire, train, and motivate service personnel and supervisors, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and manufacturer expectations. Manage facilities, maintain clean and safe workspaces, and oversee inventory and specialized equipment storage. Facilitate technical training and encourage teamwork among staff. Requires five years of related experience and strong presentation skills for stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand technical information (safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals), and business information (general business periodicals, professional journals, governmental regulations, financial reports and legal documents).
- Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.
- Presentation skills; effectively presents information to customers, employees, public groups, top management, and other stakeholders, answers questions.
- Minimum of five years related experience and/or training is required.
