Service Manager

Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of a team of lawn care technicians. Coach and develop field staff to improve customer retention and exceed service expectations. Ensure high-quality service, minimize customer complaints, and promote safety and policy compliance. Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions; coordinate with other managers toStaff and align on goals. Plan and conduct training on customer service, technical skills, safety policies, and procedures; supervise technicians to meet service and sales targets. Maintain DOT/Drive Qualification files and required licensing; ensure up-to-date credentials. Strong leadership in talent selection, mentoring, and building a positive team culture. Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job; travel as needed with focus on local operations.
