Service Manager

Train and supervise technicians while creating and approving accurate repair quotes, purchase orders, and repair orders for clients. Act as the central point of contact between drivers, dispatchers, fleet operators, and vendors regarding repair progress and timelines. Oversee departmental Profit & Loss, manage labor costs, and maximize shop profitability by maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with parts departments to control expenses.
