Job Summary
Service Manager needed at CCM Rental to oversee daily operations across three Ohio locations (Chesterland, Middlefield, Chardon). Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, repairing, cleaning, testing, and maintaining rental equipment, safely operating trucks/trailers, coordinating with customers to ensure reserved equipment is delivered, explaining equipment operations and safety features, assisting with loading/unloading customer vehicles, organizing and tracking inventory, and guiding a team to be efficient. Must have parts ordering experience, experience with construction equipment, and automotive experience; high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license required. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5 PM, Saturdays 8 AM–1 PM, weekend availability required; salary $40,000–$60,000/year depending on experience; benefits include dental/vision/health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, employee discount, and guaranteed hours. Location is in-person at CHARDON, CHESTERLAND, and MIDDLEFIELD OH with frequent travel within the role.”,
