Job Summary
Service Manager/Director responsible for overseeing the service department, building and maintaining customer relationships, setting departmental goals and budget, promoting new products/features, ensuring high CSI, and leading staff to deliver excellent service and repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager
- High school diploma or higher education
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Able to hire and supervise service department personnel
- Develop goals and objectives including an annual operating budget and marketing plan
- Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, features, and training requirements
