Job Summary
Service Manager in Tilton, NH responsible for leading a high-performing automotive service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include hiring and developing a capable team, ensuring LMS and vendor training completion, certifying technicians (including ASE C1), managing work orders and scheduling to meet customer needs, maintaining facility and equipment, enforcing the service Code of Ethics and regulatory compliance, coordinating communication across management levels, and driving safety as a top priority while maintaining a strong focus on operational standards and policy administration.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
